What makes this dish so popular would be their specially steamed briyani rice and the thick mutton curry poured evenly over. The mutton curry is specially prepared by the chef with his special recipe and spices that he have picked them out on his own. The thick curry is so strong that it empowers the lamb’s gamey aroma, leaving your nose to smell just the awesome spices and tasting the tender mutton with curry bursting flavours in your mouth.

Siam Wok – Thai Chef Platter

With such a nice plating, you wouldn’t be able to resist it at all. The head Thai Chef, specially chooses their ingredients. In which, included chicken wings, pineapple rice, mango salad, vegetables, sotong (squid), prawns and thai fish bites with unique 3 taste sauce. With that said, each ingredient have different unique taste that tingles your taste buds, tempting you to come back for more!

Stack of meat is so huge, it’s almost like your own mini leaning tower of Pisa. With two grilled patties stuffed with rich mozzarella sticks and onion rings, drenched with cheddar cheese and chilli concarne, you would wish you have had a bigger appetite to enjoy more of this goodness.

This Asian style cooking of pork trotters is hot favourite for many people. The older generation who also know it as Teo Chew Braised Pork Trotters. It is a nice and juicy tender and succulent pork trotters, braised for hours with special gravy.

Chicken Rice

The chicken rice has to be one of the essentials in Singapore food court, as they are very popular. Stalls have a choice of steamed white chicken and roasted chicken, as well as lemon chicken cutlet rice.

Tasty steamed white chicken that is cut into bite-size pieces and served on fragrant rice with a dash of light soy sauce. The dish is topped with sesame oil, and accompanied by a delicious garlic-chilli dip.

North Indian Cuisine – Tandoori Platter

Tandoori Platter consist of Dosa and naan bread with tandoori chicken with a few specialty sauces. The Dosa is a simple thin slice of pancake like finger food which is crispy at it’s end. The naan bread is a flat bread baked in the oven with a buttery taste, different from Dosa it is thicker. Complementing the taste of Tandoori chicken, with a stronger taste as it is well seasoned by Indian chef with many different kind of spices. Furthermore, their home recipe goes all the way back to India! Prepare to taste the authentic taste of India!

Korean Cuisine – Bibimbap

Bibimbap is a famous traditional Korean dish. The word Bibimbap literally meant “mixed rice”. This dish is served with white rice topped with different sauces, vegetables: bean sprout; cucumber; carrots etc, beef and a raw egg in the middle. This dish is usually served in a hot stoned bowl to preserve the heat so you can stir and mix the rice to get bibimbap. Served with a small side of kimchi!

Ipoh Hor fun – Ipoh Hor fun

Ipoh Hor Fun consist of super smooth flat rice noodles (kuey teow), topped with shredded chicken, and scallions with fresh sweet prawns. The soup of this dish is well boiled with secret recipe, producing a delicious stock. Most noteworthy, this dish is bound to make you feel refreshed after eating.
